Check-in Policy

Check-In time 2pm / Check-Out time 10am

At check-in full payment for the entire duration of your stay will be required. Any change to the duration of the booking made after check-in will not be refunded. Credit card security will be taken at check-in to guarantee any incidentals.

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of one or two night bookings must be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in time. If cancelled outside this time a minimum, full payment of the first night’s accommodation will be charged. Cancellations of multiple room (3+) or multiple night bookings(3+) must be confirmed 7 days prior to check-in.

Cancellations of multiple room or multiple night bookings will be charged at a rate determined by the size of the booking and the cancellation notice given arrived at by the management of the Hotel. All cancellations will be given a cancellation code number for reference.

Special cancellation conditions apply to some Specially Discounted Room Rates and Seasonal Periods. In the event that a room type be advertised as NO CHANGES, REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS then the above general cancellation policy will not be valid to this room.

Due to high demand for rooms during EVENT periods and High Season, and our concern to ensure that our valued guests are able to secure their accommodation, STRICT cancellation policies are in place subject to the event or season.

If purchasing accommodation using a websites please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully prior to purchasing, as the terms and conditions will be strictly enforced.


Macquarie Manor is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted in guests rooms/suites or public areas.


We do not allow pets.
